Where I am at today.
So. I have posted a few blogs here and there. Too bloody depressing most of the ones I have posted. I have started this one now. I want this to be my happy bloggy type place with no negativity. We shall see how and if this lasts.
So, supposed to be having an hours kip before the debacle of this years X~Factor. Not happening. So I thought, heck, I better add a few bits of off the cuff writing before I add anything of any interest. Also the people whos blogs I read are being far too prolific for my liking and people are saying, add something else! So, you asked for it. A little bit of a ramble. Don't know where I am going with this post yet....
Happy? Today, sure. Last few days I have been very elated and not slept very much. Crashed this morning, had to.
I have now got onto WAVE (Username robin01246@googlewave.com) Thanks to a very great friend I met whilst up on Twitter. I have got to say it will probably destroy all hopes I get of ever sleeping again. I am a new to it, but already feel as though I am getting to grips with things. I like the idea of collectively writing books, with people from all over the world. I will keep you posted about my WAVE experiences as they happen. I am so excited about it all.
Since going more mainstream on~line in April ~ (been on~line over 20 years) ~ joining Facebook and Twitter is the best thing I have done. It has really brought me out of the shell I have been living in for the last two years. I feel as though I am now more prepared to put myself out there... Body and soul. (TWITTER username @orangy68)
Since Twitter absolutely takes over my life at times, having so many REAL friends all over the world, the different time~zones involved meant that I was staying up all hours Tweeting friends as they woke, or indeed as they struggled with sleep. Things can get very hectic up there indeed. So, I am staying out of Twitter in person, but am there in spirit. I will be playing Music and the occasional post up until my return early next year. I don't want to disappoint my 'trillions' of fans all round the world (Electric Fans £9.99 see www.argos.com) BUT I will be back next year bigger and badder than ever and look forward to re~estabilishing contacts again. But in the meantime can I just wish all friends, from Facebook and Twitter (and other 'secret' places! I need somewhere to go sometimes!!) A very happy Christmas and prosperous new year and world peace.
**QUICK PAUSE WHILE KETTLE TURNED ON**
The coffee is not tasting good, mixed with the constant phlegm that is dribbling down the back of my throat... (Insert OINK~OINK here!) Don't think I have quite turned into a little piggy yet, but it is unlike any other cold I have had before. It just won't go. Getting on my chest now. And to be honest getting on my tits too.
So just a quick introduction to my NEW blog. I may bring some of my works from other sites here. Like I said, this is the new improved Happy Chappy. Wonder how long it will last or when I will lurch into my next disaster... Who knows? That's what makes life what it is... (mine anyway!!!)
Should you wish to come down to Facebook and join my small ~ (Smaller than Twitter anyway!) ~ band of very great friends (many from Twitter!) then please feel free to add me. So, that ends this little intro... And hopefully (so long as I don't become too obsessed with Wave!) I will post more stuff here as and when.
